Position Summary

Our Premise Technicians are often the face of the Company providing our customers with world-class service and installation. You will work independently and as part of a team installing, disconnecting, troubleshooting and repairing all facets of our network.

Responsibilities:

• Install services including voice, video, and data, complete work orders; become/be familiar with safety and installation manuals, test equipment, and cable telecommunications network.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
• Stock vehicle and maintain proper inventory levels
• Provide all associated paperwork in a timely manner.
• Take advantage of Company provided training
• Continually improve product knowledge
• Participate as required in on-call, evening, and/or shift work hours upon eligibility
• Maintain workforce utilization level as required

Qualifications:

• Field Experience (helpful but not necessary)
• Excellent customer-oriented attitude, and team player.
• Current driver’s license
• Physical capabilities including climbing and lifting up to 75 pounds
• Must pass BPI certification testing within first 12 months
