Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee all quality policies and procedures to ensure highest care standards are met.
- Identify and address quality deficiencies, developing corrective action plans that guarantee optimal patient outcomes.
- Partner with executives, board members, and community leaders to grow hospice services and maintain patient-centered, safety-focused care.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Research and implement best-in-class practices to continually elevate the quality of care provided to hospice patients and their families.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with all regulations related to healthcare quality and patient safety.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a related field.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
- 3 years of proven success in a Quality Management Director role
- A visionary, collaborative leader with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Experience with data tracking, analysis, and presenting to key stakeholders.
- A passion for patient care and a dedication to improving outcomes for hospice patients and their families.
