Work Description
The Management Mentor is responsible for implementing the Aurum Management Development Programmes by training and mentoring, as allocated: Junior Managers in the Public Health Sector and/or Managers of Community Based Organisations (CBOs) and/or Aurum Junior Managers and Supervisors.

Requirements
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in the Health or Social Sciences
- A Post Graduate qualification in Public Health or Social Sciences, General Management, or Quality Assurance
Advantageous
- A general Management qualification
- A training/mentoring qualification
- Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Training
Experience
- A minimum 10 years work experience in the Health or Social Service environment, including a minimum of 4 years in the Public Sector
- At least 3 years’ experience in Management
Requirements
- Good personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, data handling and analysis, word processing, spread sheet, graphics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of public sector clinical or social services programmes.
- Moderate overnight travel (up to 30%) by land or air if required.
- Own Car for Business travel.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa.
- Willing to work overtime.

Salary : $42,000 - $53,200
