The Autism Therapy Group (ATG) is hiring a full-time Assistant Center Coordinator for our clinic in Springfield, Illinois. This role will serve to support the overall function of our clinic. We are looking for a candidate that is willing to help support our staff through administrative tasks, has a positive attitude, and is able to effectively communicate with others. Key responsibilities include: general clinic administrative tasks, scheduling, greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with tasks from the Clinic Operations Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be personable, able to work independently and as a part of the ATG team. To support the clinic administratively you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer skills. Must be organized and detail-oriented. Prior experience in office administration is preferred.
Clinic Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Ensure the clinic is clean and inviting to guests and clients.
- Answer phones in a professional manner, and direct calls as necessary.
- Support clinical staff with client materials as needed
- Track and Order office supplies and equipment to maintain proper inventory.
- Organization of clinic supplies
- Support of daily scheduling changes
- Coordinate and prepare meeting and training rooms.
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Assist administrative departments with tasks as needed
- Assist with tasks from the Clinic Operations Manager the Center Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Overall friendly and inviting demeanor
- Love for kids and the autism community previous ABA experience is a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Google applications
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates flexibility by helping out with various tasks as required.
- Previous experience in scheduling a plus
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Weekend and evening availability
