Job Roles and Requirements:
- Manage media accounts by curating posts, generating content ideas, and engaging with the audience to foster community growth.
- Primary social media channels: Instagram; TikTok; Facebook; YouTube
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies for audience growth
- Stay informed about social media and YouTube trends, particularly related to cars/car sales/applicable trends to capitalize on opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
Qualifications:
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
- Adaptability and ability to work with a team
- Analutical skills
- Willingness and eagerness to be in social media content
- Problem-solving skills
- Passion for social media and content creation
- Video editing skills on apps like TikTok/CapCut/VN, etc.
No previous experience in automobile dealerships or marketing is required, however, a willingness to learn and an interest in cars and car sales is important. We will train the right candidate.
