Position Summary
We are looking for an impactful executive who can bring shape to the organizational vision for
how our website and digital strategy can facilitate a best-in-class customer journey.
This person must be a highly skilled system thinker with experience transforming basic/siloed
marketing and website experiences into integrated, Next-Gen customer journeys using
orchestrated processes and data-driven, customer-centric digital solutions. They must be able
to lead the strategy and execution of a multi-year technology roadmap and manage a team to
drive day-to-day compelling digital strategies from conception through implementation.
This person will lead digital innovation and be forward-thinking and knowledgeable about how to
leverage new technologies to achieve our goals and align technical solutions with business
needs to drive revenue and growth. This person will bring expertise that spans all the key digital
marketing disciplines, from user design and content through to AI systems and analytics. They
must have experience with full marketing automation and understand complex data ecosystems
and be able to leverage for marketing purposes. They will manage the Web and CRM functions
and integrate with Performance Marketing, Customer Experience, and Brand teams to create a
modern, efficient end-to-end solution and transform the digital customer journey.
This person must be a strong leader and collaborator who can lead change and generate buy-in
across a wide range of functional stakeholders. This person must be passionate about
motivating and engaging individuals and groups and cultivating high-performing teams that
consistently meet goals.

Responsibilities
- Conduct & deliver end-to-end journey mapping to understand drivers of customer
- Define, resource, and implement the roadmaps aligned to deliver CX and conversion
- Partner with Performance,, CX, and Creative leads to build message relevance, cohesion,
- Dive deep into customer personas and behavioral data; build solutions to streamline the
- Apply the appropriate diagnostics to existing platforms to identify short-and long-term
- Build out the framework for site analytics, including data and attribution modeling, lead
- Translate business stakeholder requirements into functional requirements, user stories,
- Drive all A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and personalization activities
- Work cross-functionally to prioritize the feature and optimization backlog based on
- In partnership with Performance Marketing and CRM teams, develop and maintain site

- 10 years experience in a website/platforms leadership role as well as CRM integration
- B2C and B2B experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with products that involve a high
- Wordpress CMS experience required
- Experience with Salesforce is required; experience with Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud is
- Experience with full marketing automation and complex data integration across all
- Experience with UX/UI, mapping, and flows intended to simplify a user’s path to purchase
- Proven record of driving results through the use of analytics, insight, and
- Demonstrated ability to articulate performance marketing principles and integrated
- Ownership of SEO organization, or strong partnership with SEO experts
- Demonstrated experience with strategic A/B testing for experience and conversion
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings for technical and non-technical audiences
