This position can be based out of any of North Carolina Locations: Asheville, Raleigh, and Wilmington.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure that abuse and neglect concerns are appropriately reported and immediate actions are taken to ensure client safety.
- Ensure client safety through regular supervision of staff, documentation review, and direct observation of service provision.
- Oversee resolution of incidents. This would include the development and monitoring of safety plans and completing documentation that mitigates high risk behaviors.
- Ensure the programs are in compliance with contracts, licensing regulations, Council on Accreditation (COA) and The Bair Foundation’s policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the quality of care to ensure program outcomes are met.
- Supervise Regional Directors and/or local directors depending on the state structure.
- Review corrective action plans regarding clients and staff performance and, if necessary, ensures that progressive disciplinary action is carried out.
- Adhere to county and/or state contract requirements.
- Oversee budgeted program growth goals are met.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets for offices supervised.
- Keep up to date on state and legislative activities to ensure The Bair Foundation is on the cutting edge of policy changes affecting programs provided to children and families.
- Implement training and oversee staff’s understanding and adherence to the Compliance Policy. May be appointed the compliance officer for the state.
- Ensure program improvement plans are developed and implemented to meet outcomes.
- Provide back-up on-call consultation for all offices assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- Four years of experience in a human services field including two years in a supervisory capacity.
- Clinical license (LCSW or LPC) strongly preferred.
- Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) status as outlined in North Carolina’s state regulations.
