Summary: The Inventory Control Analyst will work independently, and as part of a team, to support the purchasing and production efforts of multiple divisions while assisting them in optimizing their inventory turns, improving inventory accuracy and reducing aged/obsolete inventory.

Division Summary: The Bay Family of Companies’ Corporate Office is responsible for most administrative and management duties for all corporations and locations including HR, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Executive Management, Inventory, Payroll, and other support functions.

Responsibilities
- Approves purchase orders
- Creates part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft AXAPTA
- Manages item master and bill of material tables
- Plans, coordinates, and analyzes physical inventories
- Prepares monthly reports
- Maintains vendor pricing records
- Utilizes and trains Material Requirements Planning and production concepts
- Develops and maintains product configurator software
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
- 2-year Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field preferred
