Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and orient new clients, leveraging every tool at your disposal.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Actively participate in event planning, from updates to execution.
  • Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams on event specifics like floorplans and menus.
  • Serve as the operations team's point person for your events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • You must have event sales experience.
  • You should be comfortable prospecting for business. We are looking for hustle and a great attitude.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is preferred, setting a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • A track record of success in event planning, sales, or catering services, demonstrating your ability to navigate the industry with expertise.
  • Experience working with distinguished clientele, including C-level executives, business owners, and professionals, offering a competitive edge in understanding and meeting their unique needs.
  • A history of long-term employment relationships, reflecting reliability and commitment to your roles.
