Overview

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech for assignment in East Liberty, Ohio. The selected candidate will perform general maintenance and a variety of other duties relative to facility maintenance.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm

This is a 2nd Shift Position

Responsibilities

Performs preventive maintenance activities on a manufacturing facility; activities may include measurement of wear, replacement of expendables (i.

e. belts, hoses, fluids, filters, etc.) and inspection / evaluation of operating characteristics such as speeds, pressures, vacuum or vibration

  • Completes general building repairs, including repair of walls, doors, floors, etc.
  • Completes repairs to plumbing system including fixing leaks and stoppages, repairs or replacement of sinks, piping, valves, drains and toilets
  • Repairs and maintains lighting systems throughout the plant and penthouses
  • Replaces lighting components, ceiling tiles, and ceiling grid throughout the buildings and offices
  • Complete PM and work order activity in CMMS

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A valid Drivers License
  • 5 years experience in facilities / plant engineering
  • Basic electrical and mechanical skills are required
  • Experience with the following types of equipment : HVAC, air compressors, pumps and plumbing
