Case Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to one of our top performing pre-litigation paralegals and lead attorney in managing cases and ensuring smooth operations. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in the management of personal injury claims from inception, throughout the negotiation process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation - Conduct document review and analysis - Prepare settlement demand packages - Perform clerical tasks such as transcribing, data entry, and scheduling - Maintain regular communication with clients, attorney, paralegals, and adjusters - Provide administrative support to attorney as needed - Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines Experience: - Previous experience working in pre-litigation personal injury is required- Familiarity with document management systems and legal case management software is required - Strong clerical skills including typing, data entry, and document review - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is beneficial - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Must be bilingual, as many of our clients speak only Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
