Project Manager, Online Storefront

Smartpress, TBG's online division, is looking for a Project Manager to join our Storefront team. You’ll be responsible for retaining and growing existing customers by building long-term relationships to ensure attainment of company business goals. The ideal candidate will work unsupervised, make high level decisions independently, and solve problems effectively and creatively, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan and within quality control standards.

Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (hybrid work environment between office and remote working locations)

On top of that you must have:

• a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• more than 3 years related experience in project management.
• a minimum of 3 years related experience in print, large and small format print, or digital print.
• working knowledge of adobe applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat)

In this position, you will:

• serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers - these are high spend customers using our web-based marketing platform for distributed ordering, one of the fastest growth areas of our business.
• be responsible for influencing customer revenue growth, overall customer satisfaction and long-term retention of assigned customers.
• act as a strategic partner for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning the storefront solutions to contribute to their growth.
• provide insights and recommendations to clients on how to optimize and enhance their storefront presence.
• attend kick-off meetings for new projects and implementations to gather requirements and set expectations.
• organize and lead regular meetings with customers based on their needs, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide updates.
• have a deep understanding of the limitations and capabilities of the storefront platform.
• collaborate closely with internal estimators to provide accurate and timely project cost estimates to customers.
• develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate project status to both internal teams and customers.
• work in tandem with the production team and other internal resources to ensure seamless execution of custom projects, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
• stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to storefront solutions.
• advocate for the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
• perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks, as requested by Management.
