Project Manager
Project Manager to support a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) program.
Responsibilities include:
- Provides project supervision and management for major program activities.
- Manages and directs technical project/program personnel to ensure objectives are met with top quality and levels of performance.
- Manages large projects involving multifunctional tasking and substantial complexity.
- Plans and supervises major system life cycle support tasks/functions including requirements definition, acquisition, integration, test and evaluation, fielding/installation, and disposition.
- Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications (Education/Certificates, Experience, Physical, etc.):
- Top Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience (or military experience E5 and up)
- Experience managing Federal Top Secret Contracts
- Experience directing and supervising engineering and technical personnel on a major program, project, or activity.
- Experience issuing and managing subcontracts
- Experience composing teams to solve problems
- Experience managing and competing for task orders
Desirable Qualifications (Education/Certificates, Experience, Physical, etc.):
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Possesses advanced management, executive development training, and/or Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
