Skilled Labor Description
This fast-paced position involves a variety of tasks – from hands-on maintenance person repairs to communicating with our clients to move smoothly. If you LOVE maintenance person skills, possibly have an eye for making things look amazing, have excellent problem-solving skills, and enjoy helping people, this might be the job for you.
This is a full-time position at 32 hours per week in SE Michigan.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS Maintenance Person experience of 8 years
Skilled Labor Responsibilities:
Maintenance Person and Painting
- Organize information within individual projects, with special attention to the personal needs and styles of the client.
- Facilitate and coordinate with vendors, clients, and Betty Brigade team to effectively communicate quickly and effectively under established company policies.
- Keep an accurate schedule of maintenance person project timelines with the Betty Brigade team to ensure timelines are met, and the job is done right according to our standards and the client’s needs
- Demonstrate ability to lift and carry household items and furniture, up to 40 pounds, repetitively, both in single-story and multi-story locations.
- Traveling to different work locations daily.

Skilled Labor Qualifications:
- Computer skills and/or willingness to learn online scheduling system and timesheet management
- Love working and interacting with people
- High Level of Integrity and Ethics
- Punctual and reliable – arrive at work on time
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm most days
- Have your own vehicle to use throughout your shift
- Can pass a background check, with two or less points on driving record
- Have access to your cell phone throughout your shift
- Adhere to our non-smoking policy and dress code

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
