Money Room Supervisor

Description of Duties for Money Room Supervisor:

• Maintains bankroll custody and records cash transactions and records of cash transactions with cash handling departments.
• Soft and hard count duties for cash returns from operations in accordance with internal controls and departmental procedures.
• Deliver and pick up bankrolls from other company employees from various locations within the facility.
• Assist with the escort services for other company employees to and from various locations within the building.
• Performs and tracks ATM and kiosk fills.
• Ensures that soft count is performing all procedures according to Internal Controls.
• Communicates with Slot Accounting that all machines have been processed correctly and that the numbers have transmitted.
• Assigns tasks to soft count team members.
• Reconciles paperwork and physical money.
• Ensures that all paperwork is given to Slot Accounting when the count is completed.
• Ensures that the Slot keys are returned to the Key Watch system after the count is completed.
• All other duties assigned.

Description of Duties for Money Room Supervisor:

• High School Diploma required.
• Must have at least 3 years of previous vault/banking related experience.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Must be able to lead by example.
• Must have strong knowledge of state of Florida gaming rules and regulations.
• Must have keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays.
