The Big Splash Inc. is seeking Lifeguards and Pool Attendants for the 2024 summer season. This is a seasonal position held from May - September . We provide Lifeguards and Pool Attendants to private communities throughout Suffolk County, NY only. Experienced is preferred but not necessary. All necessary training is provided. Job duties include but are not limited to maintaining constant surveillance of pool and pool area, ensuring the safety and comfort of pool guest, enforcing rules, testing and logging chemicals, cleaning of pool and pool area. You must be available weekends and holidays. If you are not certified we do provide CPR/ First Aide/ Lifeguard courses at a fee. We do provide course reimbursements for the right candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Lifeguard: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • First Aid Certification (Preferred)
  • Lifeguard Training (Preferred)
