Objective: The Warehouse and Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, fulfilling orders, and addressing customer inquiries. This role requires a high level of independence and a strong commitment to ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment:
- Process and pack daily orders within designated time frames.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and order accuracy.
- Handle special shipments, including bulk orders to Amazon FBA weekly.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or social media platforms.
- Provide information regarding products, shipping times, and order status.
- Resolve any issues or complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Management:
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
- Organize warehouse space for efficient handling and storage of products.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized.
- Reporting:
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment accuracy, and customer service metrics.
- Communicate any significant issues or potential improvements to management.
Work Environment: This role is physically demanding and requires standing for short periods of time, occasionally lifting heavy items, and performing manual tasks in a warehouse setting. The coordinator will work independently most of the time, with weekly check-ins and as-needed communication with management.
