- Communicate with the host staff to update the floor chart continuously throughout the shift
- Collects menus and returns them to the Host Area
- Perform a perimeter sweep at beginning & end of shift
- Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
- Throughout the shift, always ensure that every area is both clean and maintained, both inside and out
- Assists the Servers by refilling waters, beverages & providing bread service during dinner hours
- Assists in bussing and resetting tables
- Informs Management immediately of Guests who are dissatisfied
- Maintains professional, composed and calm demeanor at all times
- Completes all side-work as directed
- Assists in an entire team effort
- All other duties as assigned
- Full-Service Restaurant Kitchen Experience is desired
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to be organized in a changing environment
- Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor during periods of uncertainty or crisis
- Stands during entire shift
- Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, shakes, pours, carries, and pushes
- Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 25 lbs. up to 20 times per shift
- Frequent exposure to high temperatures, humidity and cold
