We have an immediate need for a Director of Dining Services.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides organizational structure and ensures effective and efficient daily operations for
    the dietary department.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in food quality and service quality.
  • Maintains a kitchen environment that promotes safety and proper hygiene.


Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • 2 years of experience as a manager in the hospitality industry or a long-term care facility
  • CPR/First Aide
  • ServSafe Certification; Food Manager Certification (preferred)
