The Blind Pig Yorba Linda is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Support Staff. We are looking for friendly and personable candidates who are committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards in our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Clearing and Resetting: Clear tables promptly after diners have finished their meals, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Reset tables with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Assisting Servers and Hostesses: Provide support to servers and hostesses, assisting with tasks such as delivering food orders, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs.
- Bar Support: Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, polishing glassware, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.
- Organizing and Restocking: Maintain organization and cleanliness in the dining area, including organizing tableware, restocking supplies, and ensuring all stations are properly equipped.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Regularly clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining area surfaces. Wipe up spills, food stains, and dirt to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Problem-Solving: Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and seek appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages by stocking and replenishing supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workspaces.
- Transport kegs, bottles, and other bar inventory as needed.
- Provide timely support to bartenders during peak hours.
- Uphold company standards for quality and presentation of drinks.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and personable attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, servers, and other staff members.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
