Retail Media Specialist

As a Retail Media Specialist, you'll work alongside a team of personable and collaborative advertising experts to execute advertising campaigns that truly stand out.

Responsibilities:

• Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across different retailers and channels to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Responsible for daily bid management and optimization across all retailers serviced.
• Help in preparing for client meetings, including email communication, timeline updates, agenda creation, and next step accountability.
• Use and maintain documentation related to retail media processes.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns in order to meet client KPIs. Responsible for A/B testing of copy, images, and keywords.
• Obtain, present, and analyze relevant data and communicate the insights effectively to your manager.
• Stay curious about the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that campaigns are competitive and effective.
• Taking initiative to develop relationships with team members across different functions to facilitate coordination and communication.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or experience equivalent to four years of college) in a related field
• 6-12 months of work experience ideally in ecommerce, retail, or PPC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong collaboration abilities enabling relationships with the team
• Entrepreneurial spirit - an insatiable curiosity to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adapts to an environment that changes quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to take constructive feedback as a tool for professional growth
• Able to digest, analyze, and visualize large sets of data
