Job Description:
**$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS**
We are seeking a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred), CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor), or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for individuals with substance use challenges.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and diagnoses.
- Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques to address clients' unique needs.
- Lead specialty groups, if applicable, meeting all regulatory standards and certification requirements.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree preferred).
- CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or related field.
- Appropriate certifications to lead specialty groups, meeting all regulatory standards.
