Job Description:

**$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS**

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred), CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor), or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification. Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for individuals with substance use challenges.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and diagnoses.
  • Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques to address clients' unique needs.
  • Lead specialty groups, if applicable, meeting all regulatory standards and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree preferred).
  • CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or related field.
  • Appropriate certifications to lead specialty groups, meeting all regulatory standards.
