Qualified Candidates will need:

• A current Maryland Real Estate License
• A willingness to learn and passion for being the best you can be
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs
• A “can-do” attitude and positive “go-getter” mentality
• Ability to flourish in a commission-based career with unlimited potential

Your success is our success! We provide:

Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000 (Yes, this is real!)
