We are hiring for the Providence location.

Location and availability will stand out in the hiring process.

Part time (30hrs/week)

Full time (40hrs/week)

Skills Requirements:

- Customer Service: Must have excellent customer service skills and at least 2yrs experience working in customer service.

- Detail Oriented: Pays close attention to all the little details.

- Level Headed: Holds emotions in check, even in tough situations.

- Professional: Presents a professional demeanor.

- Multi-tasking: Functions effectively in a very busy environment. Calm, with the ability to multitask, strong respectful communication skills. Communicates well with other spa departments.

Uniform Requirements:

- Must provide your own soft sole, non-marking, non-slip shoes, for indoor use only.

- Business casual appearance.

Booking Agent Job Expectations:

- Provide a warm, welcoming, professional, organized atmosphere at all times when communicating with guests.

- Answer the phone professionally and with a smile.

- Take your time when explaining the experience - avoid sounding robotic or like you are reading a script. A genuine, sincere tone and approach is always well received.

- Review and research the bodhi spa menu and products, maintaining full knowledge of the bodhi spa facilities, hydrotherapy circuit (Water Journey) and wellness services.

- Communicate to management any and all concerns involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment at all times while on duty.

- Communication with Spa Team Members and Guests is key. Be ready to give a detailed explanation to Guest questions. If you do not know the answer, source the answer through other staff or management quickly.

- When interacting with guests regarding appointments, answer questions with a warm, professional demeanor so that they arrive relaxed.

- Adhere strictly to all policies and procedures of the bodhi spa.

Interacts with guests to provide a 5 star customer experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
