SAP Developer

POSITION SUMMARY: The Boelter Companies is seeking a full time SAP ABAP Developer. This person will be responsible for design, development, testing, troubleshooting and support. We are looking for a passionate, creative, team-oriented individual that will help make a difference in a rapidly changing and evolving organization.  The associate will embody and execute our company core values within all day-to-day duties and responsibilities:  We work as a team, leveraging our collective strengths We are passionate, bringing resiliency, creativity and grit We do what’s right with honesty, respect and accountability We are reliable, through innovative and streamlined processes We have fun, celebrating successes and learning from failures We build relationships, helping our colleagues and customers thrive   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Responsible for feature development, system integration and support of SAP Hana S/4 through translation of functional requirements into workable and efficient solutions Work with project team members to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy SAP enhancements Provide timely and efficient support to users and other technical team members Execute impact analysis and strategize the necessary changes in process design, configurations & developments Design and maintain integration between bolt-on and SAP system   EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Provide necessary support on design changes needed on Distribution, FI/CO, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing & Logistics processes and/or transactions due to SAP standard code changes related to movement from ECC to S/4 Hana. 5 years SAP (ABAP), object oriented programming experienceData Dictionary, ABAP Objects, User Exits, BADI’sData Interfaces & Integration (RFC, ALE, IDOCS, BDC, BAPI, LSMW, API)Dialog (in UI) ProgrammingKnowledge of Pricing Procedures Procure to pay, order to cash, advanced warehouse exposureStrong functional knowledge in any of these modules FI/CO, SD, WM, MM, PP, PS Must have experience in FI/CO Identify the testing needs on impacted processes Experience in Hana S/4 environment is preferred Experience in ECC 6.0 is desirable Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience   COMPETENCIES: Exceptional coding practices and object-oriented skills Must be an effective multi-tasker that drives to deliver on schedule Highly motivated, self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly manner Understanding the Finance, Distribution, warehouse, supply chain, Logistics and Manufacturing processes, configurations, transactions on SAP ECC version and how these will be impacted by implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Customer focused and team-oriented Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Great interpersonal skills Keen attention to detail Great written and oral communication skills Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities   PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT: Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
