- Providing assistance, guidance, and support to families with open Informal Adjustment or In-Home CHINS cases.
- Advocating for families to ensure they receive the appropriate resources and services.
- Teaching and demonstrating new, essential skills to parents and caregivers.
- Monitoring family progress and making necessary adjustments to the intervention plan.
- Acting as a role model to inspire positive change within the family unit.
- Empathy: Ability to connect with families in crisis, demonstrating compassion and understanding.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with families and various stakeholders.
- Advocacy: Skill in advocating for families to ensure access to essential resources and services.
- Teaching and Modeling: Ability to teach, demonstrate, and model appropriate skills and behaviors for parents and caregivers.
- Monitoring and Assessment: Competency in tracking family progress and making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans.

- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Certificate or Professional License: N/A
- Experience: Prefer 2 years experience working with families
- Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance.
- Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
- Must be a minimum 21 years of age.
