Join Our Team as a Marketing Graphic Designer

We are looking for someone passionate about creativity above all else and a superhero level of design (get ready to save the day)
If that sounds like you, then read further.Our digital marketing department is growing fast. We need a graphic designer to help build the marketing campaigns and overall brand aesthetic for our website, emails, online stores and socials.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive and energetic creative who’s willing to take any requests thrown at them and excited to design. Instagram ads? Sure. Emails? You know it. Would love for you to help with our reel and videos as well.

This is an in-house position, you must be able to work out of Lyndhurst office (but it’s a fun office, we have snacks and a pacman machine (get it “pac-man” bc we do packaging)

So, what would your day look like?

• Design, design design. You’ll be making ads, social posts, emails, and all the fun stuff you can think of.
• Work with and support senior team members with all parts of the campaign process: defining strategy, concepting ideas, content development, etc.
• Help plan and execute photoshoots & videoshoots
• Maintain our design and brand standards as we grow into new markets, ad platforms, partnerships, and product verticals

What you bring to the table

• Design chops. Seems obvious, but we need a designer with strong design, typography, and layout instincts
• Communication - I know it’s said a lot but this is key, we have a good thing going and want a team player who is ready to communicate.
• Leadership mentality -, I want you to pretend you run your own design firm, give us ideas and take initiative!
• Socially fluent. We have content running on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Google, Snap, Pinterest, etc.
• The extras. Illustration, video editing, or motion experience would be ideal.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment. As everyone we sometimes have last minute edits (saving file.psd v6 final FINAL)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of graphic design experience, accompanied by a kickbutt portfolio.
• Video editing experience would be a huge plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging social media platforms.
• While agency experience isn't necessary, it's definitely a bonus.
• A keen interest in pop culture because staying in the loop is half the fun!

We are a fun office with great vibes and open to hearing ideas about how we do things, we consider ourselves young enough to be a startup so looking to grow with the right people. You’ll be an important member of a growing creative team and we can probably(but no promises) get you onto our Party planning committee to help plan & design our work parties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
