Live-in Caregiver

We are seeking a Live-in Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to our residents. This position offers the benefit of on-site accommodation and a housing stipend.

Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, to possibly include bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and other daily living activities
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up and laundry
- Engage in companionship activities and provide emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care, childcare, or direct support is a plus
- Familiarity with medication administration is beneficial
- Experience working in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is advantageous - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be willing to live on-site
