Guest Services Representative
Our beautiful boutique hotel requires the talents and skills of an experienced Guest Services Front Desk Agent. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. We want our guests to feel as though they are at home with us.
Since we run a small operation with only 16 rooms, we’re uniquely positioned to give our guests personalized attention without any of the red tape found at larger establishments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests arriving and departing the hotel
- Assist visitors with information regarding restaurant location and reservations
- Registering guests upon arrival.
- Using oral and written communication skills to register and accommodate guests
- Managing guest service requests
- Processing cash or credit card payments
- Maintaining updated information on room availability, reservations and guest messages
- Understanding how to use hotel Property Management Software (PMS) systems
- Assisting our housekeeping staff to ensure hotel cleanliness in common areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
