We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Also, you will be interacting with clients in person, via email and over the phone. We will provide onsite training. Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Responsible for our social media pages
- Our Expectations is we deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction for our clients
- Processes listings, sales contracts create marketing materials for agents
Qualifications:
- Minimum level of education- High School/GED
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office & Google G-Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service oriented & ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong Organizational Skills & Detail Oriented
- Self-Driven, efficient with your time & Self-Motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
