Principal Business Systems Analyst (Oracle ERP Techno Functional)

The Enterprise Systems group within BITS is seeking qualified candidates to join our team and contribute to the operation of the Broad’s Oracle Cloud landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business system support to Oracle Cloud ERP Platform and Oracle Integration Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for driving solutions to complex business problems besides tracking issues and bringing them to closure. The resource will be also responsible for providing configuration, environment setup, and deployment support as well. This is a hybrid role and requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite. Job Duties and Responsibilities Analyzes and evaluates business requirements by working with the finance team. Provides recommendations on the nature, scope, and complexity of solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Gather Business Requirements and build out development requirements/tasks Oversee the Oracle Cloud Platform and system integration projects. Perform setups and configurations in Account Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and PPM modules. Manage environment refreshes, deployments, and setups. Perform Oracle upgrades and patch releases to Cloud landscape Perform SSL certificate update on Oracle cloud environments Uses troubleshooting skills to identify, research and propose solutions to problems and accommodate necessary changes or corrective action, as needed. Recommends standards, procedures, and process improvements in the oracle cloud space Contribute to training initiatives and share knowledge with team members., business users and less experienced staff. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, Accounting or equivalent required Good understanding of Oracle implementation methodology 7 years of experience in Oracle ERP Environment 5 years working directly with engineering teams with Oracle products. 3 years’ experience in managing oracle environments, configuration, and setups. Interact with customers and provide guidance with Fixed Assets, Cash Management, AP, AR, GL, and PPM Modules. Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), collaborative, analytic, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and experience with relational databases including SQL. Experience with writing test scripts, documenting business processes, and managing complex system configuration. Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google docs and comfort with web-based applications. Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA or Azure DevOps Proficient with Oracle security and identity management architecture Adaptable to new technologies and/or applications Preferred Skills: Experience with configuring oracle cloud applications or others like Google, Amazon, Azure and Salesforce Experience with developing implementation and deployment plans in an oracle or other cloud environments Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle #LI-HYBRID All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
