Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled interior designer to create detailed 3D models of both the interior and exterior of a two-story commercial building in downtown Fresno. The project involves conceptualizing and visualizing the space, ensuring it meets our design and functional requirements.

Scope of Work:

  • Develop 3D models for the interior and exterior of the commercial building.
  • Ensure models accurately reflect design specifications and client vision.
  • Work closely with our team to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide detailed drawings and renderings for presentations and construction use.

Timeline:

  • Project Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Project Completion Date: July 1st

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 3D models using CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
  • Present design concepts and revisions based on client feedback.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs meet regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial interior design (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
  • Strong technical drawing and 3D modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
