Lead Gutter Installation Technician

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters of MetroWest Boston, MA is looking to hire a full-time Lead Gutter Installation Technician to install and service systems while providing great customer service for our clients. This position earns a competitive wage of $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD GUTTER INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• Previous gutter installation and repair experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Safety focused
• A desire to train and mentor new and less experienced employees
• A team-oriented mentality focused on continual learning and professional growth
• 18 years old or older
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays
