Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, customer service, and team leadership.

This is a temporary Task Force position, come spend the Spring in Louisville, KY!!!!

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the property including front desk, valet, housekeeping, maintenance, will also have some restaurant responsibilities.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective customer service strategies
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Supervise staff to ensure quality service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall hotel operations

Skills:
- Proven experience in hospitality management and hotel operations in a full service hotel
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
