Responsibilities:
- Cocktail Crafting: Bring your creativity and expertise to the bar, consistently delivering high-quality and innovative cocktails that leave a lasting impression on our patrons.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests, going above and beyond to meet their needs and preferences. Foster a friendly and vibrant atmosphere at the bar.
- Team Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring and guiding the bar staff to uphold exceptional service standards. Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with our Banquet & Events Manager to take ownership of bar inventory, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed. Minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Mentor junior staff, sharing your knowledge of mixology, customer service, and bar operations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.
- Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Adhere to all Bucks Club guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of bartending experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead a team.
- Mixology Mastery: Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations. A passion for staying current with industry trends.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to create a positive and memorable experience for patrons.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward common goals.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, both with customers and internal staff. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
