Bookkeeper Location: Charlotte, NC Days/Hours: OPEN! We are looking for someone part time and can work sometime during normal business hours. Main ResponsibilitiesOversee AR/AP at the branch level and perform basic financial review. Oversee and coordinate the region’s accounting activities.Provide reporting on the operations of the businessWill provide support to the local branch operational staff. Complete internal audits and oversee the regions financial statementsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or Accounting preferred but not required. Experience working in an office management, bookkeeping or Accounting Specialist role desired. Understanding of Financial Statements and how Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable work are a must. Business Intelligence and IT/Payroll/Software project experience & analysis a plus.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Accounting software programs.
