$300 Sign-on Bonus After 90 Days!Tittle: Lead Housekeeper/General CleanerDays and Hours: Monday-Friday from 11:30pm - 8:00am (on call weekends)Rate: $19.00/hourLocation: Clayton, NC Position Responsibilities: Include any or all of the following. Job description subject to change. ●  Ensures that service delivery is consistent with the Scope of Work and the highest quality of standards within our organization.●  Plans, organizes, coordinates, executes and conducts and/or supervises functions of janitorial operations on all shifts as directed by your manager.●  Ensures that environmental and company policies and procedures are being maintained in accordance with CIMS, Local, State, and Federal requirements.●  Provide feedback to management as needed on unique client requirements and opportunities to expand client relationships.●  Ability to coach, motive, develop, and lead a team.●  Train on Budd Standards for: cleaning offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other areas.●  Train on Budd Standards for: Replenishing paper and soap products in bathrooms, cleaning mirrors, walls, showers, sinks, metal work and toilets.●  Train on Budd Standards for: Safely emptying wastebaskets, and transporting trash and waste to the disposal area.●  Train on Budd Standards for: Sweeping, moping, vacuuming and/or refinishing floors.●  Operates various types of equipment and machinery, including wet vacuums, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, automatic scrubbers, floor buffers, propane buffer, and super stripper●   Hands on training experience related to proper restroom cleaning techniques, floor sweeping & mopping, and operation of commercial floor scrubbing equipment (automatic scrubbers, buffing equipment, low speed floor machines)●  Assists in the completion of the workload in the absence of others.●  Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor. Why Work For The Budd Group? Competitive PayPay on Demand Cash Back rewards program401(k) - We MatchPaid time offMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsCareer AdvancementFree Online Classes for professional and personal development available to ALL employeesFree Mental Health and Financial Assistance ProgramsClasses to learn English or SpanishLandscape Team - No Seasonal LayoffsWe are a God-honoring company of excellence#RAL123 ***Call or text a Recruiter Now 919-321-1074***
