EXPERIENCED Janitorial Team Lead
Looking for a great LEADER for our 12-hour shifts! 4am-4pm or 4pm-4am 4 days on 4 days off!
Please note this is a Manufacuring plant and will involve being a working team leader with experience in leadership.

Requirements :
Must be 18 Years of Age
Ability to Pass Drug & Background
Ability to lift / push / pull 40 pounds
Previous Lead Experience a MUST (at a minimum of 1 year)

Responsibilities :
Must have the ability to maintain all PM paperwork, lock out tag out requirements, call in permits for confined space entry, assign working areas to department team members, keep a check on the entire janitorial mixing department, following up with employees, multitasking, ability to think quick.
Also includes supervising employees, coordinating with employees to complete special tasks, assisting the Manager in ensuring all areas are being cleaned per the scope assigned.
