Transactional Tax Attorney

Attorney will work on transactional matters, including tax structures involving LLCs, partnerships, S corps and C corps. Attorney will advise on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, reorganizations, real estate and other transactional matters.

Corporate and Real Estate matters; Tax Law; Partnerships; Corporate and Personal Tax Planning; Tax-exempt Organizations

We are a small firm with offices in Irvine and Napa with a broad array of sophisticated work, including real estate, corporate transactions, individual, partnership and corporate tax planning, and ultra-high net worth estate planning and charitable planning, among other areas.

The attorney must have the ability (and desire) to help as needed in a varied and collaborative work environment. We are looking for candidates with a strong academic background and preferably a Master's or equivalent in taxation. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer to operate in a small firm environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 4 years in transactional/corporate/tax practice
  • Education: J.D. (required); LL.M. and/or CPA (preferred)
  • California bar license
  • Must be highly motivated with excellent writing and analytic skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills also required

  • Irvine Corporate Office
