We’re seeking a paralegal/case manager for our busy law firm to handle personal injury pre-litigation and litigation cases. The paralegal/case manager assists our firm by keeping track of clients and their treatment status and evaluating their care.
The candidate will participate in the investigation of facts and circumstances surrounding each case, communicating, and corresponding with clients, lien holders, providers, and adjusters to provide regular case updates; Request, review, analyze and summarize case files and medical records, bills, insurance information, liens, and balances; Assist the team in preparing the case for settlement by preparing documents and correspondence as needed. This position will require direct contact with clients, providers, and insurance companies. We are seeking someone who can handle a fast-paced environment.
