We are looking for a **part-time** Strategic Communications Consultant to help our clientevolve end-user IT services, communications, and collaboration tools **approximately 20 hours a week** . Working collaboratively with the larger change management team, you will ensure that stakeholder groups across the organization are informed, supportive, and ready for future changes and will design and create a variety of communications tools to ensure stakeholder groups are informed and ready to accept this change. Let’s solve the world’s most challenging problems together.**Responsibilities****Responsibilities:** Coordinate and manage tasked assignments Create and execute strategic communications plans Meet regularly with clients to understand their work, needs and develop collaborative relationships Develop and execute Strategic Communications Plans, including strategy, stakeholder identification, messaging and measurement, for initiatives of various sizes and complexity Draft client-facing materials such as emails, memos, newsletters, Teams posts, surveys and other items Support client and project team in fostering opportunities to align stakeholders and prepare teams for upcoming changes (technology, process)and project success Plan and facilitate recurring activities including monthly reports, program-wide team meetings Support client meetings: prepare materials, capture and distribute notes and action items Participate in internal Team meetings, track deliverable status, issues, and risks; Support team members** Interest & Attitude** A passionate desire to help our clients succeed A flexible, positive attitude, confidence, and the desire to be the best An exceptionally strong work ethic, self-motivation, curiosity and drive A growth mindset with a willingness to build subject matter expertise in key focus areas Interest in sharing your knowledge with and learning from team members Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to engage on topics of strategic importance Establish and grow relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners Desire to work primarily with federal government clients**Qualifications****Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of eight years of professional experience. Experience with the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures A clear understanding of how to apply a change management process and tools to create employee/user adoption and engagement, experience with large-scale organizational change efforts desired Comfortable with being a credible source of advice to clients at various levels of authority on organizational effectiveness and design, leadership Political savvy and the ability to develop strong relationships as a trusted advisor with senior leaders, government managers, and with our contractor partners Experience coaching leaders and project teams to help them be effective Ability to lead and facilitate others to move toward a common vision or goal Proven experience supporting the design, development, delivery and management of strategic communications Consistent track record developing, measuring and demonstrating adoption of data-centric change metrics Organized seamlessly managed strategic tasks (developing strategic plans, briefing client executives on recommendations) as well as tactical tasks (preparing PowerPoint briefings, recording meeting outcomes) as needed Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects, clients, and tasks Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and a gift for creating briefings and documents that tell a compelling, relevant and data-driven story Experience with consulting, including government consulting a plus Experience in IT and technology deployment, HR programs, professional services firms and/or government a plus Change Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or facilitation certifications desired Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus Candidates must be able to obtain government security clearance - US Citizenship Required**Additional Information:**Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.The minimum starting salary for this position is **$85,000 at a pro-rated 20 hour work week hourly rate** .
