Our client is a growing and thriving company located in Ft. Myers, FL and is seeking a proven & experienced CALL CENTER MANAGER. Ideal candidate will be an experienced Call Center Manager that can support and grow the department. Will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of up to 15 reps. with supervisors and is directly responsible for their team’s performance. Candidates for this role should be experienced, highly organized, enjoy working with people, and possess a strong work ethic. A background in Call Center Management is required, and Customer Service, Technical Support, or Back-Office experience is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 4 years of Call Center Management experience
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
Strong supervisory experience, including staff development
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others
Superior knowledge of call center tools and technology used to manage KPIs
Possess practical conflict resolution skills (both customer and agent conflict)
Proven leader with advanced time management, planning, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong understanding of the call center environment and the key levers to enhance performance and achieve client and financial targets
Strong communication skills
An ability to hold team members accountable for job performance, including adherence, KPIs, and process
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and high-pressure environment

COMPENSATION: $50K – $80K Base Salary Based on Experience Plus Bonus Potential
