Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the administrative and organizational activities of the office
Execute administrative assignments as needed
Facility coordination management
Oversee day-to-day and unscheduled office maintenance, including building security procedures, cleaners, and leases
Oversee projects relevant to office improvement
Collaborate with HR on onboarding and termination issues, as well as personnel management and related documentation
We organize the transfer / courier of documents
Participate in company meetings and take minutes as needed
Any other tasks assigned by the Administration
Requirements
Ability to multitask and prioritize your daily workload
Ability to work effectively under stress to meet multiple critical deadlines and pay attention to detail
Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills
