We are looking to fill a full time Entry Level Recruiter / HR Assistant ASAP!
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling interviews with potential candidates
- Meeting new candidates
- Talking to the management staff
- Office administration
- Organization and filing
- Some onboarding or compliance (this would be a learned skill over time)
- Full cycle recruiting
- Learning the ins and outs of a consulting company
- Meeting with potential clients
- Retail Brand Development
This job is a great entry level position if someone wants to learn the ins and outs of recruiting or HR before making a career decision. It is also a great position if someone needs a part time schedule or is looking for a career opportunity.
Requirements include:
- Microsoft experience
- High School Diploma Required
- Laptop / Cell phone - Zoom must be available when not in the office - work from home is a possibility with proper equipment and after four weeks of in office training
- People and communication skills
- Written and verbal skills
- Social media experience is a plus as growth available in this role or arena is possible
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
Compensation:
Hourly plus bonus - starting at approx $12.50/hour or more
Benefits after 90 days
Travel expenses as needed
Weekly lunch bonus
Other incentives as time progresses
