Pay: $20.50 full benefits

Eligible for Shift Differentials: additional pay premiums to compensate employees for working hours and shifts other than regular day shifts.
- 3% for evening shifts
- 5% for NOC shifts
- 7% for weekend shifts

- 10% for weekend evening shift
- 12% for weekend NOC shift

What Makes This Position Special? The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing direct resident care under the direction of the Charge Nurse.
What You'll Do:
- Assists patients with activities of daily living which may include but is not limited to: bathing, dressing, bathroom assistance or incontinent care, oral hygiene, hair and nail care, feeding, and transporting.
- Answers call lights, determine needs, and assist patients.
- Assists patients with ambulation using assistive devices and lifts as required. Turns and repositions bed-bound patients.
- Takes and records vitals signs, and food and fluid intake and output as directed. Immediately notifies charge nurse of any changes in patient condition, unusual observations or incidents.
- Maintains cleanliness of patient rooms including changing bed linens. Contacts housekeeping or maintenance as needed.
- Updates patient chart after every shift to include narratives about activities, observations, etc.
The Skills You Need: Currently certified nursing assistant per state regulations with 3-6 months of experience or training. Must have First Aid Certification. Basic computer skills with experience using electronic medical records/charting required.
