Looking for a part-time role with flexible hours? Do you have mechanical proficiency to operate and troubleshoot machinery and a keen eye for detail?

The Caramel Tree is on the lookout for a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of our Part-Time Operations Specialist, responsible for delivering resupply products to our two other retail locations and operating our caramel wrapping machine.

Total Hours Per Week: Approximately 6-10 hours, spread across Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Friday. (We can discuss your schedule and make adjustments if they make sense)

***Key Responsibilities***

Delivery Duties: (4-6 hours a week)

*Gather inventory and deliver supply to our stores twice a week. *Communicate effectively with store managers and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and address any delivery-related issues. *Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

Machine Operation: (2-4 hours a week)

*Learn to operate our double-twist wrapping machine used in our manufacturing process. *Master the intricacies of the machine, including its setup, operation, and maintenance. *Ensure the machine operates efficiently, producing consistently high-quality wrapped caramels. *Troubleshoot minor technical issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the machine running smoothly. *Adhere to strict quality control standards to uphold the integrity of our products.

Qualifications:

*Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate specialized machinery. *Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. *Ability to lift and move heavy loads as needed, 50 pounds *Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently. *Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. *Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of ownership. *Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work environments.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $10.00 - $12.00/hour.
