Type: Full-Time; May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training

Hiring Range: $36,000 - $46,000 annual salary (commensurate with directly applicable experience)

Our Business Operations Team works to support all facets of The Cason Group (TCG) business operations with various projects, reporting, data-entry, and management of data systems.

As a Data Systems Associate, you will maintain TCG data systems while coordinating the creation and distribution of identified key reports.

What Our Data Systems Analysts Do:

• Coordinate and Communicate: Serve as the main point of contact for internal users of various databases to manage new user set up, data updates via import, and restructuring of data as needed; contact appropriate vendor representatives for system-specific troubleshooting/questions; assist in planning and implementation of systems improvement projects
• Maintain and Manage Reports: Maintain knowledge of the reporting capabilities and administrative functions of various database systems; ensure daily/weekly/monthly reports are created, accurate, and distributed in a timely manner; serve as the point-person for one-off reporting requests
• Engage as Team Player: Provide training for employees on use of relevant functions of various database systems

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience with database design and data entry preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to coworkers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically with Excel and problem-solving functions) and overall technology proficiency
