We have a huge selection of diamond jewelry, engagement rings, gold jewelry, gemstones, pearls, Rolex watches, estate jewelry, and so much more!

A position at The Castle is the perfect way to explore the world of fine jewelry and retail sales. Our positions are ideal for forming relationships, building teams, and developing leadership skills to grow your career at The Castle. Our store managers will provide paid training for you in which you will become an expert on all things diamonds, guns, and gold.
The Castle uses a scheduling plan that allows our associates to participate in the creation of their work schedules by managing availability and identifying preferences. Additionally, during holiday season and peak selling times, The Castle offers additional shifts to our associates / overtime work.
Position Overview :
We are looking for a personable and highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, a commitment to customer service, and an eagerness to grow and learn in this position. We are searching for an ambitious, creative, and competitive person who has excellent enthusiasm to help grow our business. We love the Castle, and want you to, too!
Your role with The Castle :
As a part of our Sales Team you are responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. In addition, you will:
Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
Ability to present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
Education Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent
Fully in-person
