Direct Support Professional (Part Time, WRF)
Location: Willow River Farms (4073 FM 3318 Brookshire, TX 77423)
Schedule: Saturday – Sunday from 8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for instructing and training adults with disabilities, primarily developmental disabilities, within a group home setting. Performs assessments; implements and documents clients’ program plans under the direction of case coordinators; and monitors the safety and health needs of their assigned clients. Conducts training sessions in areas such as daily living skills, community awareness, grooming and hygiene, and personal safety.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year in a residential setting that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities. Applicant must have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, exercise independent judgment, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times while at work. Valid Texas Driver’s License, CPR and SAMA certification upon hire and renewed annually thereafter.
