You will join our team and play a key role in building and refining CICD systems that enable rapid innovation and delivery across our global platform. Your work will ensure that our development and operations teams can work seamlessly to meet client needs efficiently and at scale.
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) teams. The role is focused on optimizing existing CICD processes, enabling modernization through Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and driving innovation within our broader DevOps ecosystem. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, can collaborate effectively with technical engineering teams, and excels at prioritizing and managing complex efforts. They are highly organized and hands-on, with a proven track record of building road maps and driving changes in dynamic environments. This role will work closely with Engineering Team Leads, Architecture, DevOps, and other Product Owners to ensure the successful implementation of both day-to-day CICD processes and broader modernization initiatives.

- Manage the product roadmap for CICD processes and modernization efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive innovation by leading the transition to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across the CICD ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to gather and prioritize requirements for both day-to-day operations and long-term improvements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of automated deployment pipelines to ensure speed, scalability, and efficiency.
- Foster collaboration between development and operations teams to ensure streamlined integration and delivery processes.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to keep CICD practices at the cutting edge.
- Ensure that best practices for security, scalability, and performance are integrated throughout the CICD process lifecycle.
- Represent the CICD Product team across the organization and externally with clients and vendors.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading product management for CICD systems, DevOps, or related technical domains.
- Strong technical background with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- In-depth knowledge of CICD tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI), as well as containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience building and refining deployment pipelines for large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with modern DevOps practices, including automation, orchestration, and continuous monitoring.
- Experience with integrating security and compliance into the CICD pipeline (DevSecOps).
- Proven experience working within Agile development frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), leading sprints, and using tools like Jira or Trello.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage complex, large-scale modernization efforts, particularly in transitioning legacy systems to Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong understanding of API integration and how CICD systems interact with broader cloud and infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to ensure the reliability of CICD pipelines.
- Experience managing via influence.
- Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, product management, or equivalent, and/or other work experience in a technical setting preferred.
